Return criteria

You may return unopened items within 7days of delivery for a refund. Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases however If the reason for return isn't a result of an Angel.africa error, a 10% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refund processing time

Refunds are usually processed in 1-2 weeks or within 7 business days after we receive and process your return. Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your funds to be made available in your account by your financial institution.

Replacements and exchanges

If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll ship a replacement of the exact item. When you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fee Deposit, once your return is processed.
